Avril Silva BA (hons) Dip Arch RIBA
Design Director
Avril has practiced as an architect for over 30 years and has an extensive experience in both the residential and commercial sectors, providing innovative design solutions to often complex projects for her clients.
Avril graduated with a degree in architecture at Kingston University and worked at Broadway Malyan and Darling Associates, before setting up her own architects practice in 2005.
Howard Morris Bsc MRICS
Commercial Director
Howard is a chartered surveyor and has worked at main board level for a number of the UK’s leading development & property companies, including Taylor Wimpey plc, London Merchant Securities plc, Morgan Sindall plc as well as more recently as a principal in his own development consultancy business.
Howard's expertise covers planning and development, project management, preparation of building contracts, professional team and subcontractor appointments.
